1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Return Request Process

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order number and clear images of the product
  • Our team will review and guide you through the process

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
